What courses does Nexus PFM offer?

  • Course 1: For the Public Sector: Grounded in results-based management and informed by experience with Women and Gender Equality Canada, the Department of National Defence Ombudsman’s Office, and global partners such as UN Women and the World Bank, this course helps public institutions incorporate social impact and gender-responsive budgeting to improve service delivery and policy equity. It is adaptable to a wide range of administrative capacities and governance contexts.
  • Course 2: For Not-for-Profit Organizations: Designed with an understanding of not-for-profit culture, this course emphasizes how to increase social impact and strengthen the inclusion of equity-deserving groups. Training examples include work with Women in Business New Brunswick, the YWCA, and the New Brunswick Credit Union.   • Course 4: For International Development Organizations: This course draws on two decades of experience in results-based management, gender equality, and gender-responsive budgeting to help international development actors embed social impact into project design, implementation, and reporting. Participants will learn to integrate inclusive perspectives throughout the program cycle and communicate measurable outcomes to global stakeholders.
